EDGC made an announcement on the 19th that it has acquired and merged Natural Life Nutrition, a manufacturing and sales company specializing in health functional foods based in Vancouver, Canada. The company expanded its overseas infrastructure for healthcare through the merger and acquisition.
Established in 2000, Natural Life Nutrition has a GMP (Food and Drug Manufacturing Quality Management) plant that enables OEM/Producer Development System (ODM) mass production system and is estimated to have sold 100 billion won worth of health functional foods in Korea alone last year.
EDGC is planning to expand distribution channels in South Korea and diversify export countries through this merger and acquisition.
