The Korea Exchange(KRX) announced that it has received Big Hit Entertainment's application for preliminary review for listing.
BTS agency Big Hit Entertainment is an agency established in February 2005, and main business is music production and management.
Big Hit Entertainment's largest shareholder is Bang Si-hyuk CEO(45.1% stake).
Big Hit Entertainment recorded sales of 587.2 billion won, operating profit of 98.7 billion won, and net profit of 72.4 billion won last year.
IPO Book runners are NH Investment & Securities, Korea Investment & Securities and JP Morgan.
The KRX conducts preliminary reviews within 45 working days upon receiving a submission. The company submit an application to be listed within six months after receiving the preliminary review result, and proceed with the public offering process.
