Hyundai Green Food, an affiliate of Hyundai Department Store, said on the 16th that it has recently established a local subsidiary in Georgia, USA, and is seeking ways to enter the US catering market.
"We recently established a local subsidiary in Georgia," a Hyundai Green Food official said. "We are looking for a way to push ahead with the meal business, including the Kia Motors plant in the region, and no contract has been signed yet.".
Hyundai Green Food has local subsidiaries in the Middle East and Mexico, but this is the first time it has established a corporation in the United States.
