Ildong Pharmaceutical announced on the 14th that it has decided to acquire a 40% stake in Irid BMS, a new drug research and development company, for 13 billion won.
Ildong Pharmaceutical will acquire a 40% stake by participating in Irid BS's paid-in capital increase by cash.
It is to enhance corporate value by securing R & D capabilities. The acquisition date is the 22nd.
