[Infostock Daily=Reporter Park Jeong-Do] Neofect's U.S. telemedicine rehabilitation solution business is growing in earnest after the novel Coronavirus (Covid-19).
Neofect said on the 18th that the US medical clinic community Rehab Care (CRC) is on an increasing trend with its largest operating profit in July this year.
CRC is a rehabilitation clinic in Massachusetts that NeoPect acquired through a US corporation in January of this year. In May, the clinic received official free product support from the Massachusetts government due to the Covid-19. Patients at CRC are provided with Neofect's rehabilitation medical devices and remote rehabilitation solutions free of charge with state funding, allowing them to continue rehabilitation training at home.
NeoPect has started full-scale rehabilitation solution business in the US and has been conducting full-scale telemedicine for CRC patients since June.
As a result, CRC's June sales increased 43% year-over-year to $21,147 (about 249.6 million won), and its operating profit turned to black at $26,152 (about 30.77 million won).
