The integrated report is a data that integrates and discloses non-financial achievements such as financial performance, environmental management, and social contribution of companies. KT started publishing in 2006 for the first time in the telecom industry. The report was written in accordance with the 'GRI(Global Reporting Initiative) Standards', the latest global sustainable management reporting guidelines.
The 2020 Integrated Report presents KT's goal of promoting sustainable management as 'a national company for each person with warm technology', and introduces ▲the realization of economic growth through customer-centered technological innovation, ▲establishment of a healthy society through win-win and communication, ▲realization of sustainable future through eco-friendly management and performance of activities by sector and future plans tailored to the three strategies.
In particular, this year's report contains a representative example of KT changing each person with warm technology for each strategic challenge. As a representative example, KT's AI · Big Data technology was selected as the best example of 'warm technological innovation' by actively responding to changes in life and industry as a result of the prolonged COVID-19 centered on 'AI One Team'.
In order to overcome COVID-19, we can find stories in the report that added convenience to the lives of the people through social contribution activities targeting various social classes such as local commercial areas, disabled people, children, and seniors.
