Hyundai Department Store Group announced on the 14th that it will pay 522.5 billion won for settlement of 10,800 small and medium-sized business partners who deal with group affiliates 5 ~ 20 days earlier than the original payment date.
The Hyundai Department Store Group will pay 386.6 billion won in settlements of small and medium-sized business partners who deal with six affiliates, including Hyundai Department Store, Hyundai Home Shopping, Hyundai Green Food, Hansum, Hyundai Ribart, and Hyundai Department Store Duty Free Shop, on the 25th, which is earlier than the original payment date (30th of each month).
Small and medium-sized partners that will benefit from this are about 10,000 small and medium-sized suppliers, including 3,400 that deal with Hyundai Department Store.
Prior to this, Hyundai Department Store Group paid 135.9 billion won in payment price to 800 small and medium-sized business partners who deal with Hyundai Department Store and Hyundai Department Store duty-free shops 20 days earlier than the existing payment date (30 days a month).
On the other hand, Hyundai Department Store supports interest-free loans for small and medium-sized business partners who have become more poor in funding due to the recent economic downturn. It has been supported by 3.5 billion won to date, with 6 billion won annually, and will support KRW 2.5 billion through screening. Small and medium-sized partners wishing to borrow can apply to Hyundai Department Store's rising team by the 17th, and will be paid on the 12th of next month.
