Hanwha Life explained that the system went down due to excessive traffic due to a large number of subscriptions on the last day of the business day.

"Several tasks, including new contract applications, have been delayed due to some computer problems since the morning of the 30th.

The insurance business has been normalized due to the company's active response. We sincerely apologize to our customers and FPs for the inconvenience caused by some delays,"

Hanwha Life Insurance said in an apology. Hanwha Life Insurance said that the problem of computer failure has been solved, and plans to find out the cause of the failure and take action.
