SK Securities said that it is expected to increase corporate value and positive growth at the time of the acquisition of GS Retail, which has been rumored to acquire 'Yogiyo', a delivery app company, and that it will maintain its investment opinion 'buy' and target price of 50,000 won.
"The corporate value will be raised significantly by applying P/GMV valuation when assuming the acquisition of Yogiyo.
We present it as a Top Pick in the industry because traditional corporate valuation alone has a large increase in corporate value," SK Securities said in a report on the 27th.
According to the financial investment industry, GS Retail is seeking to acquire Yogiyo in partnership with global private equity funds such as Infinity Equity Partners and Permira. If GS Retail acquires Yogiyo, synergy with GS25, which operates its own delivery app 'Udil' (Our Town Delivery), is expected.
