Shinhan Financial Investment raised the target price for Hotel Shilla from 100,000 won to 110,000 won and it maintained its investment opinion of 'Buy'.
Shinhan Financial Investment forecasted "Hotel Shilla's consolidated operating profit in the first quarter will be positive in about a year from March. This is due to improved earnings from duty-free shops in the city and reduced losses at Incheon International Airport. Annual consolidated operating profit is expected to reach 66.8 billion won in 2021 and 210 billion won in 2022, up 214% from a year earlier."
