Workers' union and management agreeed to the salary increase rate at 9%. They explained the details to employees through organizational briefing sessions. The salary increase rate of 9% is the largest since 2011.
Considering that the increase rate has been around 4% every year for the past three years since 2018, this year's increase rate has more than doubled compared to previous years. The new salary will paid from March.
