[Infostock Daily= Reporter An Hoe Hyun] SK Securities estimated that IS DONGSEO, which is carrying out concrete · construction · rental businesses, will maintain its earnings growth this year. The investment opinion is BUY and the target price has been raised to 66,000 won.
"Expectations for the expansion of housing supply after the replacement of the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport will have a positive impact on the stock price of IS DONGSEO," the company explained, adding, "In the case of construction companies, we expect to see a rise in sales prices in the current market of strong sales."
"In the case of IS DONGSEO's Deokha district in Ulsan, the sales estimate has been raised from 680 billion won to more than 900 billion won," the company explained, adding, "This performance growth will continue for at least three years."
SK Securities expects IS DONGSEO's fourth-quarter earnings to be 334.9 billion won in sales and 63.5 billion won in operating profit.
"Due to expectations of expanding housing supply, we expect an overall rise in construction stocks and an increase in volume and sales prices in the case of sales at the same time," the company explained, adding, "In the case of the environmental sector, in particular, stable profit growth and momentum in the waste industry are expected to continue."
