Air Busan resumes operations from Busan to Qingdao in eight months

[Infostock Daily=Reporter Park Jeong-Do] Air Busan announced on the 29th that it will resume operation of the Busan-Chingdao route on the 15th of next month. It has been 233 days since the route was suspended in the aftermath of the novel coronavirus (Covid-19).

The Busan-Chingdao route is Air Busan's second international flight route following the existing Incheon-Shenjeon route.

The Busan to Qingdao route leaves Gimhae International Airport every Thursday at 10:35 a.m. and arrives at the local airport in Qingdao at 11:35 a.m. The flight will depart from Qingdao, China, stop by Gimhae International Airport in accordance with the government's guidelines for the unification of quarantine
We will enter the country after operating at Incheon International Airport.

With Air Busan's re-operation of the Busan to Qingdao route, Gimhae International Airport will resume its international routes about six months after the government's measures to unify its entry into Incheon International Airport on April 6. It will be the first re-operating international flight at Gimhae International Airport since Covid-19.

Air Busan receives reservations by restricting passengers to less than 165 seats, or 75 percent of the total seats, according to China's quarantine standards.
