FTC approves Hyundai Oilbank business transferee of SK Networks gas station

Hyundai Oilbank believes that there is no concern that it will limit market competition even if it takes over 306 SK Networks direct gas stations and becomes the No. 1 operator.

Hyundai Oilbank signed a contract to business transferee SK Networks gas station in February and reported it to the FTC on March 24, and the FTC approved it in two months.

The FTC reviewed the impact on the market by dividing the gas station market by 229 cities, counties and districts nationwide.
