[Infostock Daily= Reporter Lee Dong-hee] The export outlook for the next month was the lowest since the 1980 survey due to the impact of a new coronavirus infection (Corona 19 or COVID-19).

According to the Korea Economic Research Institute , the export forecast for May was 65.0, the lowest ever.

In particular, by industry, automobiles, which are concerned about a sharp decline in exports, recorded a record low of 30.8.

The export outlook is the worst due to the spread of Corona 19 in the US, Japan and the European Union, which are major exporters, and the demand for local demand has decreased significantly.

April's earnings were 58.8 this month, down for the fifth consecutive month since November last year.

In addition to exports by sector, domestic demand (65.5), investment (70.6), funds (77.6), employment (73.9), and profitability (72.5) were all below the baseline. Inventory (97.5) is an exception, which means excess if it exceeds 100.

Travel and entertainment services (37.5), manufacturing of electronic and communication equipment (45.5), manufacturing of clothing and shoes (53.8), and publishing and recording (54.5).
