[Infostock Daily= Reporter Park Hyo-sun] On April 1, the KOSPI closed at a 3.94% plunge from the previous trading day, and the uncertainty of Korona 19 in Japan increased, which seems to have stimulated investor anxiety again.

Not only the Asian market but also the global market such as the US showed weakness.

According to the Korea Exchange, the KOSPI closed at 1685.46, down 69.18 points (▼3.94%) from the previous trading day, falling below the 1700 level by closing price only four trading days.

The KOSPI index started at 1737.28, down 17.36 points (▼0.99%) from the previous trading day.

Individual investors net bought 1.15 trillion won on the day.

Foreign investors, on the other hand, sold 578.2 billion won and institutional investors 620 billion won. Foreign investors continued to sell for 20 consecutive trading days.

By industry, pharmaceuticals (▼8.2%), securities (▼5.5%), financials (▼4.8%), construction (▼4.5%), and retail (▼3.47%) fell.

Samsung Electronics (▼4.08%), SK Hynix (▼5.88%), Samsung Bio Logics (▼6.12%), Naver (▼4.12%), Celltrion (▼13.54%), LG Chem (▼4.26%), Hyundai Motor (▼3.72%), LG Household & Health Care (▼4.38%), Samsung C&T (▼5.25%), Samsung SDI (▼3.95%) all fell.

The KOSDAQ index closed at 551.84, down 17.23 points, or 3.03%, from the previous trading day.

Individual investors net bought 105.9 billion won, while foreign investors sold 84.5 billion won and institutional investors sold 16.2 billion won.

By industry, distribution (▼8.2%), pharmaceuticals (▼6.7%), other services (▼4.3%), and broadcasting services (▼4.3%) fell.

Celltrion Healthcare (▼11.93%), Seegene (▼14.76%), Pearl Avis (▼0.50%), Celltrion Pharmaceutical (▼18.02%), CJ ENM (▼5.76%), and KomiPharm (▼9.09%) fell in the top market cap.

On the other hand, HLB (▲1.22%), Studio Dragon (▲0.51%), KMW (▲9.16%), and HelixMiss (▲5.09%) rose.

The won-dollar exchange rate in the Seoul foreign exchange market closed at 1230.5 won per dollar, up 13.1 won (▲1.1%) from the previous trading day
