Chung Ui-seon Buys 19 billion won worth of Hyundai Motor and Mobis Stocks

[Infostock Daily= reporter Song Jeong-hoon] Hyundai Motor Group vice chairman Chung Ui-seon bought 139,000 shares of Hyundai Motor and 72,552 shares of Hyundai Mobis on the 23rd.

According to Hyundai Motor and Hyundai Mobis' announcement on the 23rd, Chung Ui-sun, the chief vice chairman of Hyundai Motor, bought 139,000 shares of Hyundai Motor and 72,552 shares of Hyundai Mobis, respectively.

It is only four years and four months since November 2015 that Chung Ui-sun, senior vice chairman, bought Hyundai Motor shares. This is the first time Hyundai Mobis has purchased shares.

Hyundai Motor's stake in Hyundai Motor increased from 1.81% to 1.86%, while Hyundai Mobis' stake was 0.08%.

The Hyundai Motor Group explained that Vice Chairman Chung's purchase of the stock is a measure to continue responsible management in the face of a sharp decline in stock prices due to a new type of coronavirus infection (Corona 19 or COVID-19).
