Kolmar Korea will acquire Yonwoo, the nation's No. 1 cosmetics container manufacturer.

Kolmar Korea said on the 13th that it will take over 55% of its stake in Yonwoo for 2,86383.8 million won. The due date for pumping water is June 30th.

The acquisition price per share is 42,000 won, which is a contract to acquire shares of CEO Ki Joong-hyun and Kim Yeo-ok. Ki's stake will be lowered from 59.28 percent to 5.3 percent, while Kim's 1.02 percent stake will be disposed of altogether.

Once the contract is completed, Yeonwoo's largest shareholder will be changed to Kolmar Korea on June 30. Kolmar Korea, Korea's leading cosmetics manufacturer development and production company (ODM), plans to acquire a cosmetics container company to create synergy in the cosmetics business.

In the cosmetics business, containers such as packaging materials account for 30% of the original cost. If Kolmar Korea, which merged Yonwoo, produces its own cosmetics containers, it can save that much money.
