Seegene establishes a corporation in Colombia..."Strengthening Latin American market"

Seegene will expand its Latin American market through its overseas subsidiary in Colombia. It is the 8th overseas subsidiary after the US, Germany, Italy, the Middle East, Brazil, Canada and Mexico.

On the 16th, Seegene announced that it had recently established an overseas corporation 'Seegene Colombia S.A.S.' in Bogota, the capital of Colombia. It is the third outpost in Latin America after Brazil and Mexico.

As of the end of last month, the cumulative number of COVID-19 cases in Colombia exceeded 5 million. It is the 11th highest number in the world.

Seegene supplied more than 3 million test kits to Colombia last year, generating the second highest sales among Latin American countries after Brazil.

It plans to expand from the center of Bogota to all of Colombia and strengthen its market penetration targeting all of Central and South America.
