LS Cable & System acquired additional 19.3 million shares of its affiliate LS Materials

LS announced on the 13th that its subsidiary LS Cable & System will acquire an additional 19,262,773 shares of LS Materials, an affiliate of the electronics charger manufacturing company, for about 59.6 billion won.
After acquiring shares, LS Cable & System's stake in LS Materials will be 68.9%.
The stock acquisition date is the 30th of next month.
