Celltrion Group merges with three unlisted companies

Celltrion Holdings, Celltrion Healthcare Holdings, and Celltrion Skincure, the three unlisted companies in Celltrion Group, have taken the first step in restructuring their governance structure.

According to the industry on the 16th, Celltrion Holdings, Celltrion Healthcare Holdings, and Celltrion Skincure held a general shareholders'meeting to approve the merger plan of the three companies.

Celltrion Holdings is the holding company of Celltrion, and Celltrion Healthcare Holdings is the holding company of Celltrion Healthcare. Celltrion Skincure is an affiliate of Celltrion's cosmetics and health functional food business.

They plan to complete the merger by November 1. In this case, the governance structure of Celltrion Group, where two holding companies Celltrion Holdings and Celltrion Healthcare Holdings existed, will be unified into one holding company.

Celltrion Holdings plans to increase corporate value by creating synergy and cost savings throughout its management business.

In particular, the company plans to actively invest in Celltrion Group's future new businesses based on a unified holding company system and stable financial soundness after the merger.
