[Infostock Daily=Reporter Park Jeong-Do] Hyundai Elevator announced on the 9th that the elevator remote maintenance service HRTS (Hyundai Real Time Service) has exceeded 40,000 units.

This is 25% of the 160,000 elevators maintained by Hyundai Elevator nationwide.

HRTS is a service that enables the sensor mounted on the elevator to send the status of operation 24 hours a day, 365 days a day, and the status of major parts to the customer care center (HCCC), and to promptly handle the failure by receiving automatic notification, remote response and maintenance articles when abnormalities occur. According to Hyundai Elevator statistics, remote response is possible for 66% of all failures.

Remote precision inspections are conducted at the time designated by customers, such as nighttime when the elevator is used, and detailed inspections can be made even if the field visit is reduced in a situation where face-to-face contact with Corona 19 is burdensome.

It is possible to minimize the failure by preventing the failure of the operation distance and the history of the number of operation failures through big data analysis, thereby extending the life of the product and efficiently managing the elevator.

HRTS, which was launched in 2013, has steadily increased by 5,000 units annually since it surpassed 20,000 units at the end of 2016, exceeding 6,000 units a year for the first time last year.
