Hyundai Department Store, Introduces side dishes delivery service...Cook and deliver on the same day

[Infostock Daily= Reporter Park Sang-In] The regular delivery of side dishes(Banchan) is delivered once a month for various side dishes sold by Hyundai Department Store. You can get fresh side dishes cooked on the morning of the day  at home, and you can eat different side dishes every week. Prices are 10~30% cheaper than store sales. Customers who want to use the service can visit the side dish store by branch and select a set consisting of side dishes, soup, and dishes before paying.

Sales of side dishes at Hyundai Department Store are increasing rapidly every year. Sales of side dishes rose 5.3% year-on-year in 2018, 8.1 % last year, and 16.3% this year (January-July). As a result, Hyundai Department Store differentiated itself by adding national specialty products sold in food stores and famous side dish brand recipes.

At the Trade Center and Cheonho branch, cooking researcher Lee So-young's home-style side dish brand 'LeeChanBang' can also be delivered. LeeChanBang will showcase kimchi(such as Geot-jeori, Seokbakji and Watery Kimchi) using salted fish from Hyundai Department Store's traditional food brand 'MyeongInMyeongChon' or stir-fried side dishes using meat and vegetables sold by Hyundai Food Hall.

In addition, it will show side dishes differentiated by premium food materials for each store, including 20-year-old traditional side dish brand 'Yehyang'(Apgujeong main branch and Pangyo branch), fusion side dish brand 'Yemi Chanbang'(Apgujeong main branch, Shinchon branch, Jungdong Branch, Mia branch, D-Cube City),  home convenience food brand 'Tastyinine'(Shinchon branch and KINTEX branch).

Hyundai Department Store plans to increase the number of its regular delivery service for side dishes stores in the future, and expand the delivery area to local metropolitan cities.
