[Infostock Daily= Reporter Park Sang-In] Com2us announced on the 29th that it signed a contract to acquire management rights with 86.01 percent of Dongyang Online, which operates Tygem.

Tygem, which started service in 2001, is a service that provides hundreds of world's top professional articles such as Shin Jin-seo, Park Jung-hwan and KUZE with real names and provides their game.

It has been well received by users by providing high-quality services such as big country, analysis of status, and notation analysis using artificial intelligence (AI).

Tygem has become the most popular online Go service for the Korean Go population of nearly 10 million. In particular, it is recognized that it shows the most accurate energy of amateur Baduk people.

Com2us plans to strengthen its overseas services by adding global service capabilities and to incorporate global e-sports know-how into Go competitions and relay services. The goal is to grow Tygem service into a future industry.

"We plan to actively promote strategic mergers and acquisitions (M&A) for leading companies both at home and abroad, and expand Com2us' value and competitiveness," said an official from Com2us.
