[Infostock Daily= Reporter Ryu Ki-Heon] Hyundai Elevator announced on 18th that it will issue a free capital increase of 0.5 shares per share. Accordingly, it will issue 12.78 million 3667 shares. The new stock allocation date and the new stock listing date are 3rd and 22nd of next month, respectively.

In addition, the company said it will incinerate treasury stocks before the capital increase. As of the 18th, it has decided to incinerate 1,632,000 shares from 27,199,334 shares and issue a free capital increase. The estimated incineration amount is 87.8 billion won, and the incineration date is on 25th.
