Yongpyeong Resort, which is under reconstruction in 45 years, will be decorated with Samsung's ultra-high-priced premium built-in home appliance 'dacor' lineup.

According to the industry on November 25, Samsung Electronics recently received a large number of orders for the top consumer electronics brand 'dacor' from HJ Magnolia Yongpyeong Hotel & Resort, a reconstruction project operator of Yongpyeong Resort.

dacor built-in appliances are being supplied in the form of options such as 'Nine One Hannam', 'Seoul Forest Acro Forest' and 'Lemian Leaders One', which are super luxury housing complexes.

The Yongpyeong Resort reconstruction project is expected to be applied to the entire condo, not the existing method in which each generation orders individually during the interrear process.

A related official of Samsung Electronics said, "It is true that we received a dacor order from Yongpyeong Resort," but "it is difficult to confirm the specific quantity."

Yongpyeong Resort, which is being promoted as a special Winter Olympic Games project, is a large-scale construction project that will invest 702.1 billion won by 2022 on the 5632,000m2 site of Yongsan-ri and Suhari in Daegwallyeong-myeon, Pyeongchang-gun.

The condominium will rebuild 205 households in 8 condominiums with 25 condominiums and 393 households, and will redevelop 27 villa condominiums and 416 households in 28 buildings and 620 households. In addition, a condominium of about 19 buildings and 822 households will be newly built on idle sites.

Assuming that Samsung's dacor line will be applied to all of these condominiums, it is expected to be the largest in the domestic construction market. This also means that a huge 'super luxury home appliance signature place' created by resorts and Samsung is created.

Shin Dal-soon, CEO of Yongpyeong Resort, announced in June last year that he will create a smart digital solution environment by deploying digital home appliances including Samsung Electronics' cooling and heating appliances in the condo.

On the other hand, the price range of built-in Deiko, Samsung Electronics' top consumer electronics, boasts high prices.

If you choose the most expensive option, you will get 15 million won for wine cellar, 34 million won for refrigerator and freezer, 10 million won for oven, 3 million won for dishwasher, and 4.9 million won for induction. If you decorate the kitchen only with the dacor lineup, only household appliances cost 100 million won.

Adding a specific design here will increase the price up to 500 million won.
