[Infostock Daily= Reporter Park Hyo-sun] Listed companies such as Chabiotech, Skinnskin and Ollipas were fined more than 500 million won for violating disclosure regulations.

The Securities & Futures Commission under the Financial Services Commission imposed penalties, penalties and restrictions on securities issuance on seven companies, including Chabiotech, which violated disclosure regulations.

KOSDAQ-listed company Chabiotech submitted the 2018 Semi-annual report two business days later and received a penalty of 446.6 million won for violating the obligation to submit a regular report (delayed submission).  

KOSDAQ-listed company Skinnskin was also charged a penalty of 67.3 million won for delays in the 2018 business report  eight business days.    

On December 21, 2017, Ollipas, a KOSDAQ-listed company, issued a convertible bond for 55 people and recruited 15 billion won, but received a penalty of 270 million won because it did not submit a  registration statement.

Unlisted company Smartscreen and shareholder A were subject to penalties of 56.4 million won, fines of 61.2 million won and penalties of 28 million won, respectively, due to violations of obligation to submit registration statement and public offering document.

Unlisted companies Polus and Polusholdings are subject to restrictions on securities issuance for six months and three months, respectively, due to breach of obligation to submit registration statement.
