Coupang and Daejeon City signed a new investment and support business agreement with Coupang Logistics Center on July 7.
Coupang has decided to invest 60 billion won in Namdaejeon General Logistics Complex in Daejeon City, Daejeon City, to build a 30,000-square-meter logistics center by next year. In addition, after completing the logistics center, we decided to hire new personnel for operation in the region first.
In the future, when the Coupang Logistics Center is in operation, it will serve as a hub for the distribution of frozen foods and food materials in the central region. Daejeon City predicted that it would be a great help to create jobs for young people based on the region such as logistics, packaging, inspection, operation and delivery personnel.
