Kakao Bank announced on the 17th that it decided not to appoint additional CEO at the board of directors recommendation committee on June 6 and the board of directors on the 13th.
Yoon Ho-yong has led the Kakao Bank alone after former co-chairman Lee Yong-woo resigned, and Kakao Bank has been worried about whether to establish a sole system for Yoon Ho-yong or appoint another representative.

Yoon Ho-young served as the head of the management support division and vice president at the next communication and Kakao, via Korea Fire & Marine Insurance and ERGO Daumdirect.
During his time as vice president of Kakao, he was the first person to prepare for the establishment of Kakao Bank.
Kakao Bank has reached 1 million customers in two years and has achieved the shortest period of surplus among Internet banks. As of the end of 2019, Kakao Bank's net profit is 13.7 billion won.
