Born in 1963, Kwon Kwang-seok, the head of Woori Bank, served as the executive director of the IB Group and the Foreign Cooperation Committee in 1988, and served as CEO of Woori PE.
Woori Financial Group explained that Woori Financial Group has been recognized as the best candidate for the bank's global strategy based on its IB business and overseas IR experience, as well as its major tasks such as strategies and personnel in Woori Financial Group.
Kwon was reported to have proposed management strategies such as restoring customer trust through customer-oriented management, sound management, risk-weighted asset management, and efficient management through finding new business opportunities at the time of interview.
It is a supplement that the members of the group's committee appreciated the management philosophy that emphasized Kwon's management strategy and communication and harmony with the members of the organization.
