Hana Financial Investment raised its fourth-quarter earnings outlook for BH on the 3rd, reflecting strong iPhone pro lineups.
BH's target price has been raised from 26,000 won to 32,000 won. The investment opinion remained 'buy'.
"We expect BH's sales in the fourth quarter of 2021 to be 364.8 billion won and operating profit to be 44.8 billion won," Hana Financial Investment said. "This is estimated to be higher than the current consensus of 18% and 28%, respectively.".
"Among the iPhone 13 series, the responses of Pro and Pro Max are developing well, so unlike the usual fourth quarter, sales will increase compared to the previous quarter," Hana Financial Investment said. "This will change the direction of performance.".
BH's annual sales are expected to reach 1.2304 trillion won and operating profit is expected to reach 123.8 billion won, the highest ever. This is an increase of 23% and 71%, respectively, from the previous year.
