SoluM announced on the 24th that it will establish 'SouluM Healthcare', a healthcare subsidiary, and acquire Humanline, a mental health care specialist.
The acquisition amount was not disclosed by agreement between the two companies.
Humanline is a mental health management solution provider that has been providing contents such as eye movement, breathing, and meditation since its establishment in 2008.
Humanline has patented brainwave signal detection and psychiatric treatment systems.
SoluM will enter the healthcare business in earnest by establishing a dedicated subsidiary and acquiring Humanline.
