SK Securities maintained its target stock price of 24,000 won and investment opinion of 'buy', saying it diversified its business into real estate finance for Daishin Securities.
SK Securities analyzed, "In the domestic securities industry, which has a similar business structure, the fact that there are companies that have diversified their business with real estate finance like Daishin Securities will expand investors' options.".
"Profits have surged this year due to the recognition of profits from sales in Nine One Hannam and Chuncheon Onui districts," SK Securities said.
SK Securities also added, "Many investors are expecting stable dividend growth for Daishin Securities, and the company has been showing a shareholder return policy that meets investors' expectations since 2019.".
"The company has proposed 30% of securities firms' non-linked profits as the minimum dividend payout ratio," SK Securities said. "The dividend yield is estimated to be around 6% based on next year's expected performance, which does not reflect one-time factors.".
