NHN announced on the 22nd that it will acquire 5,305,591 shares of parking control solutions and service providers 'Parking Cloud' for about 84.4 billion won.
After acquiring the stock, the equity ratio is 26%. The stock acquisition date is the 21st of next month.
NHN said the purpose of the stock acquisition is "to apply the cloud and IoT technology to the parking lot business to create operational synergy, expand the simple payment business by linking the parking lot business, and expand user demonstrations.".
