Chong kun dang announced on the 15th that Indonesian joint venture "CKD-OTTO" signed a $32 million export contract with Saidal, Algeria's largest state-run pharmaceutical company, and shipped the first volume.

It will export anti-cancer injections produced at local plants in Indonesia to Algeria for five years by 2026. Saidal signed an export contract with Chong Kun Dang and completed the item approval in Algeria.

Exported anticancer drugs are immediately supplied to local hospitals through bidding. CKD-OTTO was established in September 2015 as a joint venture between Chong Kun Dang and Indonesian pharmaceutical company OTTO.

In 2019, it completed the construction of a 10,588m2 anti-cancer drug plant in the region and received GMP approval from the Indonesian government.

It has received Halal certification from the Ulema Council (MUI), Indonesia's top Islamic voting organization.
