An appeals court sentenced a suspended prison term to the eldest son of Chong Kun Dang, who is accused of filming a women's body who had sex with him and posting it on social network services (SNS) without her consent.
On the 11th, the Criminal Appeal Department 1-3 of the Seoul Central District Court (Cho Joong-rae, Kim Jae-young and Song Hye-young) sentenced 'Lee' to one year in prison and two years of probation on charges of violating the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes.
It also ordered 40 hours of sexual violence treatment programs, 120 hours of community service, and three years of job restrictions on child and youth-related institutions and welfare facilities for the disabled.
Lee was put on trial on charges of filming the video with the consent of a woman who had sex with him from January to February last year and posting it on SNS eight times.
He is also suspected of filming sex videos with another woman from October 2019 to February 2019 and posting them on SNS without consent.
