KB Securities judged on the 11th that LG Innotek could be the largest beneficiary of Metaverse and Apple Car. As a result, the company maintained its investment opinion "buy"and target stock price of 300,000 won.
In the future, LG Innotek was presented as the biggest beneficiary of Apple's entry into Metaverse devices along with Apple cars. The target stock price proposed by KB Securities is about 38% higher than the current stock price, and is considered the best stock in the electric and electronics industry.
Apple plans to enter the Metaverse market by launching an extended reality (XR) device, an essential device for Metaverse implementation in 2022.
As a result, the Metaverse IT device market, which will begin in 2022, is expected to grow similar to the early market for smartphones.
"As it is expected to supply key components to Apple's XR devices, it will be the biggest beneficiary of the Metaverse market," KB Securities said.
"Apple Car" was also expected to have related momentum.
KB Securities said, "If Apple car is released while excluding the cooperation of finished cars, it is highly likely that Apple will take the lead in developing hardware software like 'iPhone',".
