GS Engineering & Construction announced on the 3rd that it has signed a contract with Korea Investment Real Estate Trust to build a new apartment in the Hakjam district of Pohang.
The contract amount is 371.364 billion won, which is 3.67% of 2020 sales.
The contract period is 52 months from the commencement date of construction.
