Wider Planet, a marketing platform company based on artificial intelligence (AI) and big data, has acquired the management rights of commerce company IBL.
IBL is a platform-type media commerce company established in 2013 and has platforms such as Living Pick, iBeauty Lab, Health24 and Dasoni.
Wider Planet, which entered the KOSDAQ market in February, expects to accelerate its growth by acquiring IBL.
While testing and upgrading Wider Planet's new solutions on the commerce platform operated by IBL, the commerce platform plans to increase sales based on Wider Planet's AI and big data capabilities.
