POSCO E&C has won an urban development project in Ilsan, Gyeonggi Province, to build residential officetels and apartments accommodate than 4,000 households. The total construction cost amounts to 1.1 trillion won.
POSCO E&C announced on the 18th that it has signed a construction contract that includes 1,976 residential officetels, 2,090 apartments and amenities in Pungdong 2 district, Ilsandong-gu, on the 16th.
Construction is scheduled to begin at the end of this year, and the special landscape construction of Pungdongcheon Stream across the complex will also provide a pleasant environment for local residents.
POSCO E&C expects the large-scale urban development project, which will create a total of 4,000 residential facilities, to meet consumers' expectations for new homes in the Seoul metropolitan area.
