According to the Financial Supervisory Service's electronic disclosure system on the 15th, Lotte Chemical's advanced materials division sold off its 2.2% stake in SLD acquired in 2019.
The sale price is estimated at 11 billion won. At the time of acquisition, the amount was 12.1 billion won, which translated the loss in 1 billion won.
