According to the financial investment industry on the 13th, Mirae Asset Securities filed a compensation suit against Shinhan Financial Investment in the Seoul Southern District Court on the 9th.
The Financial Supervisory Service's Dispute Settlement Committee decided in June of last year that the seller should return 100% of the principal to investors on Lime Asset Management's Pluto TF-1, citing 'cancellation of the contract by error'.
Mirae Asset Securities held a board meeting and accepted the Financial Supervisory Service's recommendation. The total amount of funds sold by Mirae Asset Securities is 9.1 billion won.
