The Fair Trade Commission made it possible to terminate and refund membership within seven days of the payment date if the service was not used first.
Currently, Netflix, Season, and Watcha are required to use the remaining period without considering the use of members, which is why customers are highly dissatisfied.
However, it is impossible to refund the rest of the money after using the service for a few days.
