[Infostock Daily=Reporter Lee Ji-sun] Daewoo Engineering & Construction won a redevelopment project worth about 450 billion won in the Heukseok 11 district, winning the first order in the new year.
Daewoo Engineering & Construction Co. announced on the 5th that it was selected as a contractor at the general meeting of the "Heukseok 11 Redevelopment Promotion Zone Redevelopment Project" held on the 4th. The project, which will be carried out in Heukseok-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul, will build 1509 households on a site of 89,317.5m2 and 25 apartments with 5 basement floors to 16 stories above ground, with a total construction cost of 450.1 billion won (excluding VAT).
Of the total households, 553 households, excluding 699 households for union members and 257 households for rent, will be sold in general, consisting of 113 households in 39m2, 109 households in 49m2, 560 households in 59m2, 126 households in 74m2, 541 households in 84m2, 58 households in 114m2 and 2 households in 150m2.
The project site will have a double station influence area located within walking distance of Heukseok Station on Line 9 and Dongjak Station on Line 4, and road networks such as Olympic Boulevard and Dongjak Bridge will also be adjacent.
Nearby educational facilities include Heukseok Elementary School, Jungdaebu Elementary and Middle School, Chung-Ang University, and Soongsil High School (scheduled to be built in Heukseok District 9), and nearby living infrastructures include Hanaro Mart, Chung-Ang University Hospital, Express Bus Terminal, Shinsegae Department Store, Banpo Hangang Park, and Seodalsan (National Cemetery).
