XAI is a technique that complements the explanatory power of AI to provide a basis for prediction and judgment, and supports people to make reasonable decisions to complement the limitations of AI.
Earlier, Samsung Card and Seoul National University jointly developed AI-based personalized marketing models in 2017 and used them for marketing and membership management of Samsung Card.
