VAIVcompany, which is seeking to be listed on the KOSDAQ market, announced on the 21st that the competition rate was 1266.22 to 1 as a result of the two-day public offering subscription for general investors from the 19th. As a result, the proof of subscription was estimated at about 2.3045 trillion won.
VAIVcompany also recorded a competition ratio of 1221 to 1 in the demand forecast for domestic and foreign institutional investors conducted from the 12th to 13th, confirming the initial public offering price at 28,000 won, the top of the desired band(23,000 ~ 28,000 won).
Founded in 2000, VAIVcompany is an artificial intelligence innovation technology company that provides customized services and subscription services based on 'SOFIA', Korea's only artificial intelligence and big data technology platform.
