[Infostock Daily= Reporter An Hoe Hyun] Daishin Securities presented its investment opinion Buy on Neowiz and target stock price at 40,000 on the 16th. The figure is down 10% from the previous figure.
It expects sales of 73.2 billion won and operating profit of 16.4 billion won in the third quarter, with operating profit slightly below the consensus of 17.7 billion won.
Recently, sales have diversified into various games, improving performance stability compared to the past. It is predicted that strong stock price momentum could occur if new works such as Lost Ark(PC, Japan), Bless Unleashed(PS4), and Yeosinpungpok(mobile) are successful.
As the new box office performance has not yet been confirmed, it has been marginally reflected in earnings estimates. Nevertheless, the valuation is the lowest in the industry. Therefore, it is predicted that strong earnings and stock price momentum will occur if new works are successful more than expected.
