According to related industries on the 28th, Kakao Pay, a financial subsidiary of Kakao, recently selected KB Securities as its listing organizer and applied for the designation of an auditor to the Financial Supervisory Service on the same day.
Following Kakao Games, Kakao Pay, Kakao Page, and Kakao Bank are speeding up their preliminary work for the second listing of Kakao affiliates.
Yanolja, a comprehensive platform for leisure and accommodation, has also started to promote IPO again. It recently sent a request for proposal (RFP) to five major securities firms at home and abroad to select a listed company. Yanolja had previously selected the host in 2017 as part of IPO preliminary work.
Krafton, who is writing the success story of the PC-mobile first-person shooting game (FPS) Battleground, is also working on selecting a listed host. It is said that the goal is to enter the KOSPI market next year.
Prior to this, Krafton plans to establish a non-developed organization and an integrated corporation system of PUBg Corporation.
