[Infostock Daily= Reporter An Hoe Hyun] The Korea Listed Companies Association announced on the 22nd that it signed a 'joint business agreement(MOU) on the internal accounting management system' with Deloitte Anjin Accounting Corporation at Yeouido International Financial Center in Seoul on the 21st.
The agreement is aimed at establishing a successful internal accounting management system for companies ahead of 2022, when the consolidated internal accounting management system is applied starting with listed companies with assets of 2 trillion won or more, and 2023, when the scope of the strengthened internal accounting management system at the audit level is expanded to all listed companies.
The Korea Listed Companies Association and Deloitte Anjin will run video education programs for corporate executives and auditors(committee) including CEOs and internal accounting managers, and deepening education programs for practitioners of internal accounting management systems, and will cooperate in activities such as co-hosting online seminars on the consolidated internal accounting management system. In addition, video education materials will be released on the website so that member companies and customers can re-view the training at any time and learn the work.
The Korea Listed Companies Association expects that through mutual cooperation with Deloitte Anjin, it will successfully establish the internal accounting management system of domestic listed companies and improve accounting transparency.
