Kumho Tires is pursuing tire research and development to prevent accidents caused by tires while driving while maintaining the maximum tire performance, especially targeting the future automobile market where eco-friendly and autonomous vehicles are being developed.
The e-NIMF is a non-aerodynamic tire that does not require air pressure inside the tire and is a tire product for the next generation future automobile market. Basically, non-aerodynamic tires do not require maintenance for air pressure loss as well as driving stability. In addition, tires that need to be discarded and replaced with tread wear during long driving can be semi-permanently used by tread replacement through retreading technology, which is eco-friendly and can save maintenance costs, expected costs and time.
